Background removal & preview

The background from your photo will be professionally removed by our graphic designer.
The card you see on the website is only a preview.
The final card you receive will be without the background.

How to choose a good photo (for the best result)

We can create your card with any photo.
If you want the best possible result, please follow these guidelines:

1. Your photo should include your full face, shoulders, and upper chest.

2. Please upload the original photo.
   If you want to use an image you found online, save it to your device first.
   Screenshots lose quality and usually look worse than the original file.

3. The person in the photo should take up as much space in the frame as possible.
   If we have to zoom in a lot, the quality will drop.

4. The person should not be cropped on any side.

5. The photo should be well lit.

6. The quality of your photo should be as high as possible.
   Our cards are printed in large formats.
   If we receive a low-resolution photo, it may appear blurry on the card.
   We always do our best to get you the best final result — but you are responsible for sending us a high-quality photo.

If you’d like to send us a file type that isn’t supported by the website, just contact us.

Changes to your order

Changes to your order are only possible within a few hours after you place the order.
After that, your card goes into production and we won’t be able to make any changes.

Please double check that there are no mistakes in your order before submitting it.
Additional edits can delay shipping by up to 3 working days.
