Refund policy

Futdesigners makes products to the customer’s specifications on an individual order basis. Creating a personalized product—e.g., with your own logo, name and surname, or other content requested by the customer—means you lose the right to withdraw from a distance contract pursuant to Art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

“Art. 38. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance does not apply to the consumer with regard to contracts:

3) where the object of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, produced according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs.”

Goods made to individual order contain elements that make them impossible to resell to another customer. In accordance with Art. 38(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, it is not possible to return/exchange goods personalized according to the customer’s requirements.

If a cash-on-delivery shipment containing a made-to-order product is not collected, the customer is obliged to cover the full cost of the order.
