Returns:

Futdesigners creates products according to the customer’s instructions and on an individual order basis. Creating a personalized product – i.e. with your own logo, name and surname, or any other content made at the customer’s request – results in the loss of the right to withdraw from a distance contract in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

“Article 38. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance does not apply to the consumer with regard to contracts:

3) in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, produced according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs;”

Goods made to individual order contain elements that make them impossible to resell to another customer. According to Article 38(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, personalized goods made according to the customer’s requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a customer fails to collect a cash-on-delivery shipment containing a custom-made product, the customer is obliged to cover the full cost of the order.

Complaints

We accept complaints in the following situations:

- The card contains incorrect information compared to what was provided in the order (e.g. a different name or photo).

- The card was damaged during transport.

- The order was delivered after the agreed delivery time without prior notice of such a delay from our company.

We do not accept complaints regarding the print quality of a photo that was provided by the customer. The buyer is responsible for supplying a photo of sufficient print quality.

Please send complaints to: futdesigners.help@gmail.com. If the complaint is approved, we will either resend a corrected product or refund the customer the full amount of the order.
