Placing an Order

What photo should I upload?
We can create your card using any photo. For the best result, please follow these tips:

1) The photo should clearly show the full face, shoulders, and upper chest.
2) Please upload the original file whenever possible. If you want to use an image from the internet, save the image file first and upload that. Screenshots usually have lower quality and look worse when printed.
3) Choose a photo where the person takes up most of the frame. Otherwise we have to zoom in, which reduces quality.
4) The person in the photo should not be cropped or cut off.
5) Good lighting helps a lot.
6) Higher resolution = better print. Our cards are printed in large formats. If the photo is low resolution, the final card may look blurry.

Will you remove the background from my photo?
Yes. Our designer removes the background manually. The preview you see on the site is only a preview — the final product you receive will have a clean cut-out of the person, without the original background.

What do the attributes (PAC, SHO... / DIV, HAN...) mean?
The overall rating and the attributes (pace, shooting, etc.) are values from 0 to 99, inspired by football video games. If you’re not sure what to enter, you can just enter 99 in every field.

Player cards use: PAC (Pace), SHO (Shooting), PAS (Passing), DRI (Dribbling), DEF (Defense), PHY (Physical).
Goalkeeper cards use: DIV (Diving), HAN (Handling), KIC (Kicking), REF (Reflexes), SPD (Speed), POS (Positioning).
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Changes are only possible shortly after placing your order. After that, your card goes into production and we usually can’t edit it anymore. Please double-check all details before checkout. Any late change can delay shipping by a few working days.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Production and delivery typically take between 4 and 12 working days. This can vary depending on order volume and destination.
I didn’t receive any shipping information
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you can’t find it, please also check your spam folder.

Issues & Claims

My card arrived damaged
Please contact us as soon as possible. Have your order number ready and include photos of the damage. If the damage happened in transit, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
I received a card with wrong stats / wrong details
If anything on the card doesn’t match what you ordered, email us at kontakt@futdesigners.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the card. If it’s our mistake, we’ll produce a corrected version and send it to you for free.
