How long does delivery take?
Typical production + delivery time is about 4–12 business days. During busy periods it may take slightly longer. As soon as your card ships, you'll get an email with confirmation and tracking.
What kind of photo should I upload?
We can create your card from almost any photo. For the best result, follow these tips:
- Your face, shoulders and upper chest should be clearly visible.
- Upload the file directly from the source (saved on your device). Avoid screenshots.
- Try to fill as much of the frame as possible with the person, so we don't lose quality when cropping.
- Nothing should be cut off on the sides, top or bottom.
- Use good, even lighting and natural colors.
- Upload the image in the highest resolution you have – we print in large format.

Will you remove the background from my photo?
Yes. We manually remove the background when preparing your design. The preview you see in the creator is only a draft; the final card will arrive with the background removed and your silhouette professionally cut out.
What do the attributes mean (PAC, SHO, etc.)?
The attributes (for example PAC – pace, SHO – shooting, PAS – passing, DEF – defending, DRI – dribbling, PHY – physical) plus the overall rating are numbers on a 0–99 scale, inspired by football video games. If you're not sure what to pick, you can simply enter 99 in every field.
